Having Issues with IPad TRAINN website

TRAINN I normally never have had issues with but when I completed my website in January 2013 and had to resubmit because I had a bad referral and nothing since then. I have been paid twice prior so I dont know what the issue is, hence I stepped away from Freebies again for a min because of the situation and focused on my primary business. I have submitted numerous support tickets which are still open and not answered, I dont know if its the IPad site or all of TRAINNs websites that are not being paid out. TRAINN has been around since 2005. So if I do continue it will either be with Superior Freebies or Treasure Chest on the right hand side of this blog ->
